1. Defining What The Client Needs

This is most important when any new project takes place to ensure a successful outcome and a happy client. A series of questions help us determine your goals for the project, so that we can focus the rest of our process on meeting those goals. Pundit Media works with every client to define the following:

  • What is the primary purpose of this project?
  • Who is your target audience?
  • What measure will you use to determine success?
  • What is your desired deadline for having your project completed?

2. Organizing A Plan Of Attack

During this process Pundit Media will take the information gathered by our client and start putting it in order. A good organization plan makes for a better well defined deliverable. We will determine the best approaches and solutions for your project before jumping into development. This ensures that a smooth development process will take place.

3. Moving Forward

Pundit Media will take the solutions gathered from our plan of attack and start implementing design mockups, storyboards, and flow charts. Once completed these are presented to the client for verification of development. At this time any concerns or modifications the client has are worked through. After development approval is granted by the client we may move forward to execution of the project.

4. Execution and Development

This phase is where your project will take shape. Design mockups are processed and transformed into the real thing, graphics are created, code is written, and content is put in place. Everything that needs to happen for your project to become a reality is implemented and perfected.

5. Screen, Test, and Deliver

Now that the project is near completion Pundit Media will screen for bugs and errors, preform usability tests, and correct any noticeable flaws before final deliverable is given to the client..
